BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing me as your brow artist. ☺️ Please review the following policies before booking your appointment (no extra guest allow) Appointments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows will forfeit any deposits paid as well on top of a 100% cancelation fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients are given a grace period of 10 minutes after that appointment will be cancel. Excessive lateness may require the appointment to be rescheduled. Payments Full payment is due at the completion of services unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be provided prior to your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. Cancellation Policy
I value both my time and my clients' time. I understand that unexpected situations can come up, and I always try to be understanding. However, to respect my schedule and the time reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation policy applies:
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
